The Role We’re looking for a young professional (full-time) who is excited to work in the social impact space with new age learning. With the blend of philosophy of giving, Tech. and AI, we expect you to support partnerships with education institutions along with engagement with students and young people in the age group of 16-22 years. You will be primarily responsible for converting educational institutions in Delhi NCR contributing to creating a robust ecosystem of youth volunteers with social impact organizations and VAll’s partners.
Key Responsibilities 1.Educational Institution and Community Engagement ● Conduct secondary research and build a comprehensive database of schools and college across Delhi NCR with contact details of coordinators, placement cells, and relevant societies/clubs. Do this for additional cities as in when required. ● Support VAll team and convert educational institutions to partner with VALL through presentations, workshops, and orientation sessions. ● Be responsible for onboarding users on the V-All platform. ● Identify and nurture V-ALL student champions/ambassadors within institutions. ● Create a community of young people by creating and implementing a series of physical events using sports, music, volunteering, SDG focussed activities etc. on a monthly basis.
2. Cross-functional Responsibilities (some tasks to be led individually, some with the team) ● Support in design and execute quarterly events (online/offline) to engage students and NGOs across institutions. ● Support in engagement materials (PPTs, brochures, video bytes) with the communications team whenever required. ● Coordinate between educational institutions and NGOs for smooth volunteer placement specially during internships. ● Document success stories and best practices from both stakeholder groups along with highlighting challenges users face so that V-All tech. and operations improve continuously. ● Submit monthly plans and participate in bi-weekly progress reviews. ● Strong documentation and data management across initiatives.
Requirements and Willingness ● Education & Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 18 months of work experience in education, outreach, student engagement, or youth development. A Bachelor’s degree in social science, science, management, or mathematics is required, with commerce degrees considered based on relevant work experience. ● Communication & Technical Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills in English are essential, along with a working knowledge of Hindi. Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, AI tools, and other widely used applications is also crucial for this role. ● Networking & Mobility: A network within the Delhi NCR education ecosystem or being a Delhi University alumnus is a plus. This role requires flexibility to travel within Delhi NCR four days a week to engage with students in person, as it is not a desk job. ● Project Management & Adaptability: Applicants should possess strong organizational and project management skills, or a willingness to learn them. The role also demands comfort with follow-ups, rejections, and some unpredictability.
