The Role
We’re seeking a results-oriented Partnerships and Alliances Lead  to drive partnerships in schools and colleges in Delhi NCR and other states as we grow up. Also to build alliances for engagement of these youth and partners to keep them re-engaging with the platform. You’ll be instrumental in expanding our network of educational partners, directly contributing to a robust ecosystem of youth volunteers and social impact organizations. We’re looking for someone who thrives on scaling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Prospecting:
Use the existing secondary research to build networks in schools and colleges across Delhi NCR. This will include key contact details for coordinators, placement cells, and relevant student societies/clubs, official social media handles etc. This research and outreach will increase to additional cities in north India as required for strategic expansion.

2. Lead Conversion & Partnership Development:
Lead presentations, workshops, and orientation sessions to effectively convert educational institutions into VAll partners along with identifying VAll student champions/ambassadors to drive engagement and organic growth. 

3. User Onboarding & Activation:
Take ownership of onboarding new users onto the VAll platform from partner institutions, ensuring a seamless and engaging start.

4. Marketplace:
Create engagement opportunities and ideate for VAll’s marketplace along with  partnering with facilitators, organisations and getting users onboard. 

5. Event Management:
Design and execute quarterly events with the VAll team (both online and offline) to engage students and educational institutions, CSOs fostering a vibrant community.

6. Sales Enablement:
Collaborate with the communications team to develop compelling sales, partnerships collateral, including presentations, brochures, and video testimonials.

7. Strategic Contribution:
Provide insights and contribute to expansion strategies based on successful sales and partnership models in Delhi NCR.

8. Performance Tracking & Feedback:
Submit monthly partnership plans, participate in weekly progress reviews, and document both success stories and user challenges to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements and Willingness
Experience & Education: 6+ years in business development, outreach, or partnerships, especially with youth engagement, along with a Bachelor’s degree (science, management, commerce, or social sciences etc.).
Communication & Tech Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (working knowledge of Hindi is a plus), and proficiency in MS Office and modern software, including AI tools.
Network Advantage: Existing network within the Delhi NCR education ecosystem or being a Delhi University alumnus is a significant advantage.
Organizational Acumen: Strong organizational and project management skills, or a strong willingness to learn and develop them along with ability to handle consistent follow-ups, rejections, and the unpredictability of a startup environment.
Mobility: Flexibility to travel extensively within Delhi NCR is a must; this is not a desk job. You should be comfortable with being on the move 3 days a week to engage with students and institutions in person. You may also be expected to travel outside Delhi NCR 1-2 times a month.
